‘Five Doors’ is a concept for a commercial development in the heart of Surry Hills, an extension of the former ‘Five Doors’ restaurant, as well as several former terrace houses.

The site is in a conservation zone, so all new additions have been designed to clearly contrast and define the old and new.

A large light-filled central atrium is used as a focal point of the development, and allows for an effective reading of the interface between new extension and original building.
