This new apartment building concept in Double Bay aims to complement the eclectic local urban character. Positioned as a distinctive corner building and a beacon in Double Bay's busy centre, the sculptural form and dynamic materiality reinforces a particular air of opulence that has resonated in the historical context of Double Bay. The ground level colonnade and active street frontage, comprised of ground retail and other commercial uses, will contribute to existing pedestrian networks and strengthen the sense of a village community distinctive to the Double Bay centre.
