The site comprises of two heritage listed buildings, the former 1860s Fraser and Hughes cook supply retail and a 3 storey 1890s Victorian building both constructed in the late 1890’s. Located along Oxford Street in Darlinghurst, it is along a main artery into the city and a hub for retail and commercial spaces.

The amalgamation of the sites allows for a unique through link which provides a direct pedestrian connection for the surrounding residential properties to Oxford Street. This link creates a feature for the site and contains a new the entrance for the upper level commercial tenancies. The spaces have been carefully designed to respect the sites existing historical features. A feature glass lift and stair showcases an adaptive reuse and connection with the existing building exposed with new fabric allowing the building to showcase its many layers of its lifetime.
