Perched on the top of a hill overlooking Middle Harbour and the Spit, the house is an assemblage of parts interlinked with free flowing circulation spaces that have an immediate connection to the exterior landscape and outlook. From the street, the house is characterised horizontal floating planes which maximise access to expansive views. The dynamic southern street presentation is contrasted from the rear of the site where the house appears to be a single storey pavilion in a landscaped setting.
