The 46 storey King Towers are 144m high and incorporate approximately 800 apartments with views of the city, Port Phillip Bay, Albert Park, Docklands and the adjacent park.

The building responds to the developed urban condition by generating visual interest from the juxtaposition of façade treatments. Visually, an expression of movement is articulated across the E/W façades and the towers vertical edges.

The façade that orientates north to the city presents a strong entry from the park with a clear glazed façade modulated with climate controlled winter gardens. The East and West orientated facades are dynamic through the splayed and tapered balcony treatments and expression of the structural grid.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we work, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
