The development of 80 Albion includes extensive conservation works to both the former Francis De Sales Church and Presbytery. Located in the heart of Surry Hills these historically significant buildings have undergone extensive renovations to become a new creative and professional office hub.

Original brickwork, timber structures, and gothic features have been retained, with new flooring, paintwork and joinery throughout. The historical conversion of the former church was completed in 2018 and today operates as a commercial office building occupied by a number of creative and professional practices.

The commercial development allows for urban growth around Sydney’s CBD, and is an excellent example of adaptive re-use. Future works to 80 Albion will focus on the development of the former presbytery and will comprise a number of mixed tenant offices as well as a café.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we work, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
